Returns & Exchanges

At Kaila Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
